Orders & Adjustment

  • Menu or guest count changes must be submitted at least 1 week in advance.

  • Late adjustments may result in additional fees

Delivery, Food Safety & Liability

  • Delivery fees, service radius, and time windows will be communicated during booking.

  • Clients are responsible for timely pickup if opting out of delivery; late pickups may incur fees.

  • Once food has been delivered or picked up, the client is responsible for proper storage, heating, and serving.

  • Chic Bistro is not liable for food left unrefrigerated or served beyond recommended safety windows.

  • All allergies or dietary restrictions must be disclosed at time of booking.

  • While precautions are taken, Chic Bistro cannot guarantee against cross-contamination.

General Policies

  • Chic Bistro will not be held liable for cancellations or service disruptions caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, accidents, emergencies, etc.).

  • Chic Bistro reserves the right to use event photos for marketing purposes unless the client opts out in writing.
