Hi, I’m Brittany Belcher the heart behind Chic Bistro. My love for food began as a little girl, watching my mother cook with so much joy and creativity. I was fascinated by how a good delicious meal could bring everyone together. That passion followed me into cooking classes as I grew a little older, where I learned techniques that built my foundation. Along the way, I was even featured in magazines—experiences that fueled my dream of sharing my food with the world.
In 2021, that dream rolled onto the streets with Chic Bistro. Today, I get to blend my roots, training, and flair into dishes that are flavorful, fun, and a little bit chic. From our famous Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls to refreshing Pineapple Breeze drinks, every item is made with love and a story behind it.
Cooking isn’t just my career—it’s my passion, my art, and my way of connecting with people. When you eat at Chic Bistro, you’re not just having a meal—you’re sharing a piece of my journey.
