REFUND POLICY
Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50%) is required to secure all catering bookings.

Final payment is due 3 days prior to the event or delivery date.
Cancellations

7+ days before event/delivery: Full refund minus deposit.

3–6 days before event/delivery: 50% refund of total payment.

Less than 72 hours: No refund (as food and labor costs will already have been incurred).
Subscriptions & Meal Plans / Services
Subscriptions & Meal Plans

Subscription fees are billed weekly or monthly.

Customers may pause or cancel with at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

Refunds are not issued for partially used subscription periods.

Service Issues

If there is an error with your order (missing items, incorrect delivery), notify us within 24 hours.

We will issue a credit, replacement, or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
