REFUND POLICY

Deposits & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50%) is required to secure all catering bookings.

  • Final payment is due 3 days prior to the event or delivery date.

Cancellations

  • 7+ days before event/delivery: Full refund minus deposit.

  • 3–6 days before event/delivery: 50% refund of total payment.

  • Less than 72 hours: No refund (as food and labor costs will already have been incurred).

Subscriptions & Meal Plans / Services 

    Subscriptions & Meal Plans

  • Subscription fees are billed weekly or monthly.

  • Customers may pause or cancel with at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

  • Refunds are not issued for partially used subscription periods.

  • Service Issues

  • If there is an error with your order (missing items, incorrect delivery), notify us within 24 hours.

  • We will issue a credit, replacement, or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
